How do I pay?

Your parking space/garage rent is due fortnightly, unless you choose to pay monthly by bank standing order.

You can use any of the following payment methods:

  • Internet banking
  • Using our online Internet payment service (debit or credit card only)   payment types
  • By standing order - you have the choice of the 5th or 20th of the month
  • At any post office by use of your swipe card (cash or cheque only) payzone logo
  • Payzone (cash only)
  • Cheques directly to the Rents or Accounts Section at Guildhall. Address – PO Box 270 , Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ. (Please remember to tell us what the payment is for and write your tenancy reference number on the back of the cheque).
  • In an emergency only  Each Area Housing Manager has a Rent PaymentSwipe Card, which you can borrow to make your payment and then return along with your receipt.

What happens if I go into arrears?

If your account falls into arrears the use of the facility will be terminated.

What happens if I change my vehicle?

You must let us know in writing immediately and send in the new details

How do I terminate my parking space or garage?

You must give at least seven days notice in writing to the Rents Team.

Who can apply for a parking facility?

Any one can apply, whether or not you live on the estate.

Can I give my disc/space to someone else?

No.

My disc has been lost/defaced?

Contact the Rents Section for a new one.

What documents do I need to provide to be given a parking facility?

Vehicle registration, MOT and Insurance documents.

Why do I pay water rates for my parking facility?

The water rates charged on parking facilities are for the drainage systems.
