The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences
Regulations 1995 (commonly known as RIDDOR) places a duty on
employers, the self-employed, and those in control of workplaces to
report a range of events. Whilst this Department will happily
receive reports under RIDDOR direct from businesses, the Health
& Safety Executive wishes to encourage the use of their
centralised reporting facility, the
Incident Control
Centre.
