Commercial Waste Services – Bulky Waste
Items that are too large for your bin, large quantities
of waste or items of unwanted and non-reusable furniture, can be
collected through our bulky waste collection service.
The service operates on Mondays and Wednesdays, between 8am and
2pm. To arrange a collection, please contact our
Contact Centre, who will arrange a collection time and confirm
the cost. Alternatively, a member of the Commercial Waste Team can
visit your property to confirm how many collections you will
need. Please contact the
Contact Centre for more information.
Before calling please ensure you have the following information
to hand:
- Company name and address (including floor, where
applicable)
- Name and address to which invoices are to be sent
- Contact name and telephone number
- Location of where the waste is to be removed (e.g. ground
floor reception area)
- A detailed list of the items to be removed
(e.g. number of chairs, tables, bags of waste).
Please note that the crew will only remove the waste you have
listed in your request. Any additional items will be left and you
will have to request another collection. You will be sent an
invoice for the service after the collection has been made.
We can also arrange for any reusable furniture to be collected
by our partner service provider. These items are not sent to
landfill, but are reused by other businesses.
The City of London has partner service providers that are able
to collect a vast array of materials including waste electronic and
electrical (WEEE) items, hazardous waste, clinical waste and
cooking oil. Please contact our
